Rules for Entry

Please read the rules

1. Exhibitors must be residents of either parish Weaverham or Action Bridge

2. Junior classes are open to any child upto the age of 16 years old who is resident in Weaverham or Acton Bridge or who attends a Weaverham School.

3. All exhibitors must be amateur and their exhibits their own work.

4. Any exhibit can not have won a prize from a previous show and so can not be re-entered.

5. Any exhibit must have been the property of the exhibitor 3 months prior to the show, with the exception to floral art.

6. Exhibits are to to staged between the hours of 8am and 10am on the day of the show.

7. Exhibitors to use their own vases etc, the show committee accept no responsibility for loss or damage to exhibits, howsoever incurred.

8. All quilts are the be brought to the community centre on Friday evening, with suitable means to hang them.

9. All art exhibits must be framed/blocked with the signature covered. Max size 36"x 20" / 90cm x 50cm including frame, complete with hanging hooks and cord for hanging. Please make sure
